One visit, I had a great experience with the manager doing my hair cut. Then when I took my daughter back, another lady was there (not Oliver). I was fine with her washing my daughter’s hair for the extra $2. What I wasn’t ok with was after the cut she proceeded to blow dry her hair, didn’t ask if it was ok to do so, then proceeded to charge us $15 for the blow dry. The $10.99 grand opening special (plus the wash charge) turned into $27!! As much as I liked the manager that did my cut, I’m not sure we will be back and it is a brand new store.

I had gone here once before for my son. The lady did a wonderful job on his hair. The next time I came to get his haircut, the same lady was not available however I figured she had enough training to do a good job. She completely butchered my son’s hair and I had to fix it when I got home. I can’t believe I actually had to pay for what she did to him. she cut his bangs in a completely straight line from ear-to-ear and cut everything way too short so it was very difficult to fix. It was very choppy looking. I might as well have given him scissors and let him cut it himself and he would have done a better job and he’s only two.

OK 1st haircut since the pandemic started was very happy to get my hair cut. What I didn’t like as she didn’t even brushed the hair off of my shirt ears or neck When she got done cutting my hair she took the Cape off of my shoulders and said have a nice day Did not get the mirror to look at the cut just up and out the chair they didn’t have A-line so there was no hurry and a haircut literally took all of 11 minutes
