I usually come in early in the morning Mon thru Friday. The girls that work the early shift are the best. I now get my hair even colored here. They have the secret formula to hide my grey. Lol

Received my” haircut” today around 1:00. The “ cut” took approximately 5 minutes which is fine . No problem with how long it took. Not trimmed on one side . Trimmed into my scalp on the other. Worse cut I have ever received. She ran it over my head a few times then hacked the hair. Incredibly inept at what she does. My daughter saw my “ cut”and asked me what happened! Suggest you try another place and not the Super Cuts on Michigan Road!

I hadn’t been to a Supercuts in probably a decade, didn’t know there was one in my neighborhood and I was beyond desperate for a haircut. I took the chance and called with my fingers crossed. The stylist who took my car was friendly and told me to come on in! So I did. Store front was clean, plenty of seating and easy to socially distance. One stylist greeted me before I was 10 steps in side and she knew I was the Lady who’d just called. One other stylist was had a customer and the greeting stylist was finishing up one. Only 1 other customer and I was in a chair within 5-8 minutes! My stylist was very polite and friendly, she took a look at a photo reference I’d brought, and she took my suggestion of an 8 guard well – I think she could have set me straight if I’d needed it, but nicely. I was done quickly with a great new style, she had no-pressure advice for styling products and she graciously accepted my Thanks, payment ($15 for an adult cut w/o shampoo or styling!) and she totally deserved a good tip. Parking lot is a little tight and confusing, and I didn’t see any marked Handicap spaces. Overall, I was impressed with this location, and when I need another cut (pixies take hella trims, like every time you blink!), I will head here first instead of my old salon!

Madison did a great hair cut and hair coloring. Professional, gentle and thorough. I had a hair cut and hair coloring about two months back at the same location with someone else and it wasn’t done properly. So, I did mention about my last visit disappointment and they took the feedback and did a great job this time. Will ask for Madison’s service next time too.
