Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had went in to get my hair cut, styled and colored; the lady for one did not do the right color and informed me after already putting it on my head that it was a different color instead of telling me before hand that they didn’t have the color. The color in the end was sloppy, patchy and looks unfinished as well as the color i had previously had on my head was peaking through what she put on top instead of coloring correcting it or anything. I had went in to get my hair cut, styled and colored; the lady for one did not do the right color and informed me after already putting it on my head that it was a different color instead of telling me before hand that they didn’t have the color. Had my haircut done here for the first time. I was a walk-in, was signed in quickly for regular cut, and was in the chair in a few minutes. Very professional and smooth haircut service. If you like conversation with your cut this is a good place. Before I knew it the cut was done. Great experience: quick, smooth, professional. Will definitely come back for my next haircut.

Horrible experience. The so call “greeting” was very unwelcoming and off putting as the stylist immediately asked me “if I have an appointment”? It was the kind of question that made you feel as if you’ve done something wrong with a clear hint that an appointment is their preferred method. Mind you, they still accept walk ins. Huh? She proceeded to tell me that it may be a minute before she calls me back. Again, another hint to let me know we’ve inconvenienced them even though there was no one else was waiting the lobby. I should have left then. Perplexed? I sure was! But wait it gets better. On to the haircut….
