I came in looking for a haircut 30 minutes before closing and one of the two employees said they were booked the rest of the evening. This was after the employee that was cutting somebody’s hair motioned to the other employee not to take me. If the lobby was packed I could understand a little bit more but the place was dead. If the place isn’t really open until 5 then change the sign. We went up the street to Great Clips and they accepted me with two people waiting and all three employees busy with 20 minutes before closing. I do not recommend this Super Cuts.

I would not recommend this place after 2 years in a row I paid over $100 to $200 to get my daughter’s hair done for homecoming and an updo and the same girl did their hair both times and it was done very poorly where it was falling down instantly before the dance was even close to starting. So I would not recommend you going here for an updo of any kind as I even provided all of the bobby pins everything that was needed to do the hair which is very unprofessional as well.

Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Don’t waste your money or time. I have been several times in the past several years with okay service, but within the last 6 months, the service just seems worse and worse each time. I left today with an uneven haircut and completely butchered eyebrows with a large chunk waxed out of one. They were also the opposite of what I said i’d like done. The young stylist did not seem to understand that anything was wrong. My daughter also got her haircut today with our expectation of several inches off. She left with maybe a half inch cut off. It was definitely not worth spending their prices on. After many years, we wont be back.

My daughter had an appointment that I made online. I received a confirmation email to confirm. I drive there and there is a note on the door saying they were closed. I understand things happen but it’s the responsibility of the business to communicate. Now I have to try to scramble and get my daughters hair cut. Poor communication all around

One start its to much ….I went for a hair color because my roots was dark and the rest of my hair blonde the result was a disaster. first I expend almosts 4 hours on a simple hair color when she finished my roots was the same color after she color again another two hours the result more worts my hair was orange

Absolutely terrible! (Not all the stylist but the one in particular that I got). I wanted buzzed on the side and scissored on the top I said this three times to the lady. Within the first 30 seconds she buzzes the top of my head!!!! I also wanted it buzz on the sides much lower than she took it with a skin fade and she either ignored it or completely decided not to do it. When she could tell I was not happy after talking to her still had to pay full price. Was not at all trying to get out of the bill (yes I still tipped against my better judgement) but she knew my thoughts and I was not happy about it at all and she did not do what I wanted her to do. Have had my haircut there a few times in the past but I will never be back again!!!

Just got a haircut here worst idea of my life. I have really long thick hair and at the time my hair was down to my mouth. I like my hair long so I can do the messy look in the front. I asked the women to take half a inch off my hair she proceeded to cut my hair to past my eyebrows. It was also very uneven. I do not recommend going here.

Wish I knew the name of the lady that cut my hair with such short notice for my son’s wedding. She not only got me in when nobody else would, but she did a awesome job on my hair. I hope the tip was generous enough. She has the first booth on the left.
