Ok terrible terrible terrible i had a color service and highlights she never cleaned up around the edges knowing i work later and even died part of my eyebrow blond and left a ton of die in my upper ear crease and hardly would talk to me while service was done. Hardly styled my hair at all. Never going to that stylist again i paid 178 for services at which i had to go home to clean up and redo.

I had an appointment and was late by 10 minutes past my appointment. I was told my number was 3rd in the queue and it would take 35 minutes. But they made me wait almost an hour and sent about 6 people ahead of me. This location used to be good but the management has become worse now. The don’t clean the chairs anymore between two haircuts. Its a nightmare and almost a 2 hr process to get a haircut despite having an appointment. They dont care about appointments anymore and they call up randomly.

We were told that it would be 20 minutes due to us not making reservations. It was way passed 20 minutes. If I did not mention my daughter’s name, we would still be waiting. please have your employees ask for correct spelling of names.
