I walked in and was not greeted, at all. I waited a moment and then sat down. Never did I get a response. Another woman came in and was promptly greeted as a returning customer and a conversation ensued. After a few minutes, I left. They seemed to be short staffed but their website said #0 minutes wait. I didn’t get the chance to consider a wait, as again, no response!! Very bad customer service!

So, I came in asking to just have 3-4 inches cut off the length of my hair. When the young lady asks, “To here?”, she was touching my shoulder and I said yes. My husband went in to get a hair cut – and his hair is short so it was mostly a trim. It was about 30 minutes before closing and a gentleman was sweeping the floor. There was another person being finished up in a chair but no one else was waiting. He asked if he could get a quick trim and the man who was sweeping, snapped at him and said it’s too late! My husband said his tone and attitude was so rude – he’d never go back in there again! This is very unusual for my husband because he’s a pretty laid back person and he came out fuming. SHAME – its the closest place to us – but we’ll travel a distance to stay out of this store.

Worst haircut ever. The girl working on me had no idea what she was doing and had to ask one of her coworkers to come try to fix her mistakes. Haircut took way too long because of this and it isn’t close to what I asked for in the beginning. I can’t believe they still made me pay for it too.
