Went with a drastic change, getting a partial shave… The stylist not only rushed through the cut, but was speaking poorly of other coworkers who were not there. She missed a good section of the line so I went back today to ask that it be fixed. I was told I either had to pay again, or go to another salon to track down the original stylist. Even after I informed them I didn’t want her to touch my hair again. Very unprofessional. Definitely lost a customer today.

Would give them a 5 but my last visit I took my girls to get our hair done. My girls went first they only had two ladies working that day my youngest daughter and I had our hair done by the same lady she had both of us done and gave us exactly what we asked for. My oldest daughter didnt, the lady who did hers was obviously new there was no layers in her hair and she had chopped her bangs all the way across when we had asked for arched so they would curve around her face. But it was to late to fix my daughter still loved it so it worked out.
