Cheap haircuts are cool And all, but this place gives it a whole new definition to that phrase. They are so beyond understaffed, and instead of turning people away they overbook and rush through your cuts and styles. I’m sure that my sons school pictures were important enough to not have 10 people waiting five people in the chairs and only one person working. I wish that they would have turned us away when we made the app so that we could have found somewhere else in time because the cut was horrific. Never go here

I was poked with long nails while being waxed. She did not rinse all the soap out of hair first time. I told the girl 5 times I did NOT want my hair flat against my head . When she was done it was very flat. What curls I did have fell out in 10 minutes. She went to get a Bobbie pin for another hairdresser and dropped the box of pins on the floor, the pins were then picked up and put back in the box.

First visit. Scheduled online, picked a stylist and a time. The stylist I had was very nice and she did a good job however unbeknownst to me (until I got my receipt) she wasn’t the stylist I chose online. I was handed off without any kind of notification. Why have an online reservation service if it is totally disregarded?! No hot towels either. Maybe because of COVID? Not sure I will return.

Delda did my daughter’s hair for her first dance. She did an amazing job and her hair was absolutely beautiful. However, more importantly Delda treated my daughter with kindness, respect, and my daughter left feeling amazing and wonderful. We will definitely return for future events! Hairstyling

I you want a new trendy style don’t come here. While they were pleasant enough, they don’t seem to be up on new techniques( or even old) I was looking for a contrast, light and dark, she couldn’t get it lite. I have gotten it lighter myself with a box from the store! But she did get the skin around my hairline , forehead even some on my cheek very dark and let me walk out like that! I was pleasant and listened to her excuses as to why she couldn’t achieve what I wanted and that if she could keep me sitting there while she tried yet another costly product adding up my bill. Enough was enough. I’ll NEVER come back and I’ll not give a good review to anyone who ask me. I now go to Sally’s and spend more money to fix it myself!

Just got a cut from Shannen, very great job! The place is clean, and staff is super nice – I was a walk-in, and only had to wait a few minutes (gave me time to run to the store next door and get a couple of errands done!).

This was a “back-up” plan for me as my regular stylist was out of town. I’m sorry l don’t remember the stylist name but she did an outstanding job! I made another appointment with her for next week even though my regular stylist is back. I am one of those “older” ladies who gets their hair done every week.
