Super quick and very happy with the cut price was more than fair. I don’t get anything fancy so it’s hard to be a good judge but I was happy. There was no music playing and I asked if that was normal or if they wanted to put some on. They said they hadn’t had time yet and did put some on. That helped me relax while getting the cut. Thanks for a good experience

Critical: QualityI just got my hair cut a couple days ago. I had long hair all the way down to my butt. I asked for a face shaping and a trim to get rid of the dead ends,I asked if she was able to layer my hair. I can’t remember her name. This lady has pink hair and she told me halfway through the haircut she was new to the store. My hair is all chopped off and everyone is telling me it’s completely ruined and Un even. I am literally in tears . I need it fixed or I can’t even wear my hair down. But now my hair will be even shorter after it’s fixed. I know it will grow back but I’ve never had hair this short or messed up. It’s chip choppy it looks like a 5 year old cut my hair. Worst 30.00 I ever spent. He was very rude and had no patience, even though my son sat still, the guy cut the side of my son’s neck.
