I was really having a frustrating day for multiple personal reasons and had went to one other salon that was closed and I needed a cut & Hannah jumped in and really not only gave me ideas of how to cut my hair that turned how I really liked it, but she really took the time to care enough to talk to me. She listened to me say I was having such a rough day and she not only listened but she talked me through it to the point I left feeling so much better than when I came in. So I really appreciated her that day! So I would definitely recommend Supercuts at the Tallmadge Circle & ask for Hannah!

I went online to check in for a haircut and eyebrow wax before 4 pm. The website showed that there were waxes and hair cuts available. I drove to the salon (approximately 10 minute drive) and was told that there were no available times….that they were booked. There was 1 gentleman waiting on a hair cut. 1 person waiting and at least 2 stylists an hour before they closed? Unprofessional and I will never recommend this location.
