Absolutely adore the staff and customer service at the salon. The team is well organized, professional and take pride in their work to make sure each client leaves feeling completely satisfied. I brought my 10 year old in to get her hair cut (shorter) for the first time. She was so excited and can’t wait to go back and see her stylist Carrie again ♥️

I never leave reviews but I just paid $15.99 for an absolute hack job. The lady who cut my hair today straight up told me she “wasn’t very experienced “ at male haircuts as we were halfway through the haircut. She proceeded to tell me she only had about 3 months experience and how she didn’t understand how these big chains like Supercuts get such a bad rep. Agreeing with her at the moment I now understand. I hate to put blame on one individual because that not right. She was very nice and friendly but the lack of experience was unreal. Supercuts needs to reconsider their training process if they even have one because it’s wrong to have people like her able to cut somebody’s hair. This store was great when it was a best cuts but I would never waste another dime in this place.
