HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE if you have a disabled child! My 6yr old son and I was waiting for my Nephew to get his hair cut and my son is disabled and makes noises repeatedly and hums (part of his disability) and the lady SHAUNIE cutting my Nephew’s hair looked at my son and said “your a real psycho”! When my Husband returned to tell her she called a disabled child making noises psycho all she could say was she didn’t know! Wow completely unacceptable. Also so unprofessional how you was talking so poorly of your elderly client after she left for wearing a mask and being scared of Covid….. It is horrifying for me to trust someone to cut my hair. But I was very much pleasantly surprised at how personable the staff are here. I’ve always hated going to a salon where the hairstylist simply won’t talk to their client. That is no problem here at all. Taylor was exceptional and I believe I’ve found my new favorite hairstylist and salon. Bravo!

Do not let autum do your hair. She will not listen to her customer and just do what she wants. I will NEVER come here again. Had to get it all refunded. Now I have to now pay someone else to re do my hair. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE. She will make your eyebrows super thin to the point you look like you have no eyebrows in certain lighting. If your into that go for it. I have never been so upset with customer service. Management is horrible too. They take stylist side of course they don’t care how the customer feels.
