I finally mustered the will power today and got a hair cut after 5 months without one. I got a great hair cut, was not judged, and was treated like a normal person even though I knew my hair looked ridiculous. I was treated like a normal person and had great small talk with the stylist and I’m so happy about the quality of the hair cut that I’m writing this review. I finally mustered the will power today and got a hair cut after 5 months without one. Critical: QualityI spent $170+ for a cut and color that should have been embarrassing for them to let me leave looking the way my hair did. My roots and down half way my hair was brown, from that point my hair was hot pink absolutely no ombre effect. After fixing their slop job I was told because I had fixed it I wouldn’t receive a refund but maybe they could help “fix it” in 2 months when I get back from work. I’m so upset at this location I brought my boyfriend to best cuts because he hadn’t had his hair cut in a long time so his hair was pretty long we just wanted to trim it down and make it look neater. in which we showed the lady a picture of what we wanted and SHE TOOK AND CUT OFF ALL HIS HAIR. I wouldn’t be mad if it looked okay but it looked awful. The worst experience I’ve had in a long time with hair cutting. Would not get a hair cut from the black lady with short curly hair.
