I got my hair cut by Diane after reading all the positive reviews and I was very disappointed. I asked for a layered bob. She cut a big chunk off the left side that now looks like someone took a bite out of my head. I had mentioned this to Diane after she finished cutting and she rushed me out saying it was even and just looked uneven because of how she blow dried it. No, it’s obviously a mistake and completely uneven with the rest of the cut. And her trying to rush me out to cover her mistake is rude and unprofessional. The rest of the haircut was ok but way shorter and choppier than what I asked. I evened out what I could later that day but I couldn’t do anything about the giant missing chunk. Thankfully it’s winter and I can just wear hats until it grows out. 0/10 would not recommend.

Critical: QualityI made a reservation with Diane for a haircut. This was my first experience at this salon. Diane cut the right side of my head 2 1/2 inches shorter than the left side of my head. I did not have my hair dried at the salon. When I got home and dried my hair I realized what she had done. Absolutely inexcusable. It was my first time back since the governor reopened hair salons. I got both a hair cut and highlights. Diane always does such a great job! It was also very clean in there. I was happy to see both the hair stylists and customers wearing masks and that a safe distance was maintained between customers. The hair stylists washed their hands often and cleaned each hair station thoroughly between customers. It made me feel confident that they are maintaining a safe and clean hair salon. Diane always does such a great job! It was also very clean in there. I was happy to see both the hair stylists and customers wearing masks and that a safe distance was maintained between customers.
