No waiting and having an appointment.I met with Jamie today and she made me feel comfortable, (being new to her) she asked the right questions for my hair. The cut turned out great, and she introduced me to a new product which I bought!Highly recommend her. Out of all the salons in mentor I recommend this one, it’s not a hack job. I went in and Rebecca fixed my last stylists mess up, and was able to color correct my hair from blue to blonde. I didn’t even know it but I wanted a cut she recommended to me I’d never try in a million years that I absolutely loved. Iv been coming here since 2003 and iv never had a bad hair cut the only down side is that there are only two full time workers some wait times might be alil bit longer then expected but the work they do is great will alwayse choose them over any other hair stylist
