The girl I had was super nice and friendly. She gave me SO many great tips for my hair. (I told her I didn’t really know how to maintain it or how to do it really) She was SO helpful and nonjudgmental, she also did an amazing job cutting my hair of course. I told her I didn’t know what to do with it and I just knew I need a new style and she gave me such a pretty cut. I absolutely love my new hairstyle and haircut. I’m just upset I never got her name.

I went in and visited Shantela. She waxed my eyebrows and then she cut my hair …when she cut my hair i let her know that i was incredibly nervous and i wanted six inches off off my hair that was waist length. She just chopped it off without a care, and it is now almost to my shoulders. she took off almost a foot of my hair instead of six inches and i also have a whole lot of bumps and irritation around my eyebrows like the tools we’re not clean. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been going to Supercuts for years. I always go to either Meghan or Shantela and they always do a great job on my son’s haircut! My only complaint right now is that masks aren’t mandatory for the hairdressers. They are breathing in your face, especially when doing a “line up” in the front. Masks should be mandatory for hairdressers for this reason, vaccinated or not. We always wear a mask and it makes me uncomfortable when someone is that close to you for that amount of time and they don’t have a mask on as bad as Covid is right now. That’s my only complaint. My only complaint right now is that masks aren’t mandatory for the hairdressers. They are breathing in your face, especially when doing a “line up” in the front.
