I normally go to the same gal here all the time.. I went early, rt after opening, I signed in on key pad.. said I’d have about a 13 minute wait.. only one other employee there with a client… my issue is, she never looked at me, acknowledged I was there, nothing. They talked and talked to each other.. it was already longer than my supposed wait time.. I interrupted their conversation and asked when my gal would be in.. she told me later.. so I left and went across the street… they acknowledged me immediately.. and hardly any wait. I feel like it was super rude to ignore a customer

Stephanie is the only one I go to. I lost all my hair due to trauma from medical condition. And she teared up and gave me a huge, long hug. Once, and if my hair grows back, she will be the only one who will touch my hair. She is compassionate and an excellent stylist.

Never go to this place. Had a haircut appointment at 5, reached there on time. The person at the desk asked me to wait at least 30 mins, saying there are two people ahead of me for haircut! I am not waiting for 30 mins even when I have an appointment. Very unprofessional and rude employees. Looked like they didn’t care if they lost customers.

Had to wait an hour for a booked appointment. Then 2.5 hours more for my hair to be done. Why? The stylist answered the phone (including a personal call), took many walk-ins (6?), while the one other stylist took care of her 2 booked appointments. Management needs to hire more staff!
