The wait time for a haircut was not bad at all. The salon was clean. The time I spent in the chair was probably about 10 or 15 minutes.The only complaint I have is my stylist had cut my hair a little shorter than what I wanted. Otherwise, I still plan to go back and would recommend this salon.

I went in for a cut and highlights. And stephanie asked me about toner and I told her I was unsure , she recommended I do it. I was there from 330 to 715, I have never spent that much time in a salon. And I left with wet hair and stephanie assured me of I felt like it was too dark she would fix it. I called the next day and she was not in but another girl also said it wasn’t a problem and they would fix it. I went in today and stephanie told me there was nothing she could do and to just keep washing it. I Spent $135 on this and I hate the color.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI called at 1pm to ask the policies on when/where/what to do in order to get my hair done and was told that I would get my name put down when I came. I asked if they were busy and was told to come in about an hour. So just before 2pm I call and say that I’m in the parking lot and was told that it would be just a little bit more time and they would call me when they are ready. Ok cool fine. It is now 3 pm and I call back in and was told that it would be another 45 minutes to wait. I mean are you kidding me? Its 81 degrees out here and I have to wait almost 2 hours from when I was told would be a good time. I’m so disappointed because I’ve been coming to this salon for YEARS. You guys need a better system or something.
