Supercuts is AWESOME!! I had an appointment scheduled for this afternoon. Late morning I got a call saying my stylist may not be able to make it in. After talking with Amanda, she said she could fit me in for at least a cut which I desperately needed. Before I left work, Amanda called me back to let me know that my stylist was able to make it in. The customer service I’ve always received is fantastic. I talked with Jenn and told her what I wanted but then said “surprise me”. Jenn did just that. I LOVE both the color and cut. Supercuts is the place to go for your hair care needs. Make sure to call and make an appointment.

Alyssa did a poor job on my hair. The atmosphere overall seemed ok, other ladies seemed friendly enough. Amanda did a fine job on my nephews hair and was engaging, She is why I left 2 stars. My cut is not only wrong, but also done poorly, I will not return. Haircut

I have a policy of not being rude or angry to the person’s face in these kinda situations, so my interactions with the stylist went well, but I am very unhappy with my hair cut. It is not very even and it’s about 5 inches shorter than the length I told her I wanted. I feel like I could have cut it myself and it would be better

Don’t even know who did my hair as she never introduced herself. Asked me how I wanted my hair and then proceeded to pretty much do whatever she wanted and ignored what I wanted like she had no idea how to do it even though i showed reference pics. Seemed to be more worried about her phone than doing the haircut right. I stayed nonconfrontational and polite but i won’t be returning.

Amanda is amazing. I’ve been going here for at least a year now, but by far I had the best experience with Amanda. She is very talented and thorough with her work.
