Jessica, who cut my hair is a delightful young lady, courteous, friendly, and cuts my hair exactly how I want. I would recommend her and this establishment to anyone.Service: Haircut

Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment in advance to have my hair done the day before leaving on vacation, on a Saturday. I left work early to make the appointment. I arrived for my appointment and was told the stylist scheduled to do my hair called in and tried to call me to cancel but did not have my phone number. I have been a customer for at least two years, so found that hard to believe. So there were no other openings for the day of course, it’s a Saturday. Last minute on a Saturday there is NO place I am going to get in to get my hair done! I explained to them that they had just lost a customer. I understand ppl get sick, but there should be something in place for things like this. Did they try and call someone in? If they did they didn’t indicate that which might have at least made me feel like I was valued as a customer and my business was important. I am just so glad I was not getting married today and depended on that stylist to do my hair. I made an appointment in advance to have my hair done the day before leaving on vacation, on a Saturday. I left work early to make the appointment. The stylist was personable and I enjoyed theorizing about the Gabby Petito case with her. I’ll def be back!Service: Haircut
