Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueStephanie did shampoo, cut, style 10/19/2021 & previously cut in 08/2021. She does a fine job. She is pleasant, kind, and professional. She actually listens to what I want done and carries it out very well. She pays attention to the little details. The shop is clean inside and they disinfect between customers. Pricing are competitive with the area. The outer area collects some debris from being the last in the wind-row of buildings I think, which sometimes collects right at the curbside. But that is just as much customers fault that shops in this strip mall- where they have no more pride than to not put trash in provided receptacles. There’s a new Venus nails preparing to open right next to SuperCuts also right now and has the Sally’s Beauty Supply Store on the other side of SuperCuts. So 1 stop will take care of about any want in the personal care area for folks. I have watched the girls at SuperCuts on the 2 visits now doing customer’s hair from various ages and walks of life. It’s nice to see how polite and kind they remain to the customers. It cannot be easy to do a job that you stand on your feet working with your arms held outstretched like that all day; and then to deal with everyone’s different personalities and attitudes in the great manner that they do is doing well.
