I’ve had 3 bad haircuts also bad service. And I had to wait 1 hr to get a hair cut when no one was even there. It should be if no one is sitting in the chair then put the person willing to pay in the chair that’s waiting.

Back to school haircuts. We were lucky because we were there at open, but recommend an appointment. Stylists were friendly. Clean facilities. Kids liked their haircuts. Hours are modified due to staffing.

They are working on getting better. No one can afford the low pay. I pay on the time and effort, the better i feel , the better I tip. I tip either way ,but I do tip alot more for better service.

I got a wonderful haircut from Stacia. She was very nice and listened to what I wanted. She also gave me haircut options based on how I wear my hair daily and thoroughly explained what she was doing while cutting my hair. I will recommend Stacia and this Supercuts to others. Long haircut

Kelsie is awesome and has a way of making you feel at ease. My only issue with this salon is that I can never get in to get my hair done. I’ve even tried booking with one of the other ladies and nothing is ever available. I know I could walk in but I don’t want to wait 350 minutes (5hrs 50min) to get a haircut.

She made me very comfortable, let me know exactly what she was doing, and even asked several times if I was doing okay, if the water temp was fine, etc. She actually saved me about $40 by offering to do something else with practically the same result I was looking for. She was great.I left happy and feeling like it was thoroughly and correctly done. The price was very fair.
