On a whim I decided to stop in to Supercuts and get a haircut on my way to the grocery store. I have never been there before and I admit I was a little bit skeptical because of past experiences. (Not Supercuts but a similar place). There was no wait, they took me in immediately. A girl name Amanda gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had in my life!!! It only took her a few minutes and the price was very reasonable. I’ve had a lot of people cut my hair but I’ve never been as happy with it as I am right now. I will be going back to see Amanda for all my haircuts from now on.

Amanda is one of the best stylists I’ve met I have thin hair that is very particular and she did better than anyone who has ever cut my hair I recommend coming to see her since I’ve made this comment. I have been in this store once and I refuse to go back after Amanda left I got my hair cut by the manager who claimed she was on maternity leave well I refuse to go back do to the manager being downright disrespectful and I don’t appreciate the fact that she acted as if she were better than me the whole time I was getting my haircut. And I didn’t get the cut I wanted she jacked up my hair. I will make it a point to get a hold of Amanda on Facebook and find out where she is cutting hair and that business will get my business. You just lost a faithful customer due to blatant disrespect.

Communication was a serious issue for me with the person at the salon. Not just about the services I needed performed. I was very disappointed with the purple toner that didn’t wash out of my hair and stayed on every strand of hair that had been highlighted. Part of the outcome was my own fault. I had given them outdated information about what would need done to my hair. To be fair, I had color that had grown out. I was telling them I wanted something done that had been performed when I only had 1/3 of the regrowth. I understand that it wouldn’t be exactly like that now. Just not end up how it did. I do appreciate her being willing to try.

Gave them a second chance after I thought the first wreck may have been a fluke. My mistake. Be extremely clear about what you want, they aren’t great with instructions. Took nearly two inches off an area I didn’t want touched.

At first the cut looked alright, after getting home I had to cut off pieces of my own hair. I’d say my hair was 6 in long, got 5 in cut off, so I had 6 in tufts of hair I had to cut myself. My sideburns are not squared and not even. I won’t come back because of the incompetence. The front of my hair is super uneven, the back of my head is even worse. This isn’t hyperbole, this was genuinely the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten at a facility. You guys should honestly be ashamed. I’ve had friends and family ask me if I cut my hair myself. I’m embarassed.

I showed up parking lot was close to empty there was one person getting their haircut and two hairstylist the lady who was not cutting hair was just sitting there on her phone not doing anything she then proceeded to tell me they were all booked. Listen I don’t care if your on your phone when you have downtime It’s human but at least post a sign that you don’t take walk ins would of saved some time.

Critical: QualityEva cut my hair and absolutely butchered it. I was literally in tears after. I had shoulder length hair and left with hair just below my ears. I did not want that much cut off and you could see every single cut line! She didn’t dry it in the salon, so I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home and blow dried it and straightened it myself. I paid $44 (for a hair cut and a conditioning treatment). I ended up going back and the manager was able to “fix it” by getting the cut lines out, but my hair is still WAY shorter than I wanted it to be. It would have been nice if I would have gotten a refund for my hair cut, but that wasn’t even offered to me.I have been going to this salon (when it was first choice) for probably about 15 years. I also converted my husband to go from his previous long time barber. This was my second time going to this location and after being turned away twice by the same lady while the store was empty. The second time she tried to turn me away, I explained I just needed a undercut touched up and she rudely agreed. Didn’t speak to me the whole time she did the cut even when I spoke to her. When checking out she charged me for a full cut and when my gf asked she snapped at her. I don’t mind paying full price but at least be kind, this is twice with the same lady dark longish hair. I can’t remember her name, probably bc she never told me.
