I had a horrible experience here. I went in to have my bangs trimmed and long layers added to my hair. I specifically stared I did not want much length off my hair. I simply wanted layers added all bc I had my hair trimmed a few weeks ago but decided to add long layers. Doris was the person helping me, she not only failed to listen to me she also started cutting and cutting and cutting. My hair was uneven much shorter than I wanted and she was still going at it. She made me stand up so she could “see” it better.. my mother asked her 3 times to stop cutting my hair and told her we were done. She refused to stop and my mother had to physically move her hands and scissors away from my hair. I had to go to another salon and have my hair fixed. They ended up having to cut another 3.5 inches off my hair on top of the 3+ she already cut off to even it up due to her horrible cut she did. I went in not wanting any real length coming off my hair and ended up losing 6.5+ inches. I will NEVER return here and I’ will make sure everyone knows how horrible they are.

By far the worst hair cut I’ve ever received. The entire experience was a nightmare. I made an appointment for 1:00. I showed up about 10 minutes early expecting to wait until 1. No problem. The lady said “I’m glad you’re early because I have 1:30 scheduled for a dye job.” She sat me down and asked me what I wanted. I just wanted the dead ends cut off. Nothing special. Didn’t want anymore than 3 inches at most though as I didn’t want my hair above my shoulders. The moment she started cutting she said, “Whoever said cutting a straight line was easy lied”. My heart sank. She continued talking non stop as she butchered my hair. I looked in the mirror and it was totally lopsided with chunks and unevenness. I had to ask for a mirror so I could see the back and it was even worse. Everytime I pointed out issues, she’d just start cutting without even really paying attention. She said, “oh, this side is longer” and then proceeded to cut the shorter side!! She made me stand up with no cape on as she cut too. It just kept getting shorter and shorter. She ended up calling someone else over to help. She thought it was straight, but the other lady said it wasn’t so she started cutting then she quickly left. It just kept getting worse to the point I said it was done. I paid and left. Got home and had to finish cutting my own hair because there were so many spots alot longer than the other. The cut is very blunt and awful. Thank goodness it’s just long enough for a pony tail because that’s how I’ll have to wear until I can find someone qualified to actually fix this mess.
