Troy and Jess are amazing. I had a bad haircut from a another salon today. I called them needing help and they remembered me from previously cutting my hair. They worked me in their schedule to fix it. They did above and beyond and I am so happy I went. They even cut my 2-year-old and my wife’s hair and they both turned out great. Nope! Never again! Almost certain the girl that cut my hair was not licensed. If she was, she didn’t pay attention in hair school. In mid cut, she asked another stylist for help saying she had never done an angled cut before. What school doesn’t teach an angled cut?!? Needless to say, my hair turned out awful and I will never take the cheap route again.

Went in to get a haircut and stylist didn’t ask questions and cut off months of hair growth. I assumed since she didn’t ask questions, she must’ve read the notes. Nope, literally cut my comb over hairstyle down to 2 inches at the combover line which now causes it to puff up and not lay down. Amy is the only good one there. I’m really disappointed with the haircut and next time will see if my groomer has spots open if Amy isn’t available. Would probably get a better cut.

Critical: QualityThis place messed up my haircut not once but twice!
