Went in with a reference photo and thought it turned out good until I got home and washed and straightened it. Half of my bangs are butchered?? One side looks great and the other side is so uneven I don’t even understand how that happened? I get being new but this is just ridiculous. I’ve been going to this location for 2 years and the clearly rookie is the only one to butcher my hair.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I’ve been here twice (silly of me to come again after the 1st bad haircut) I asked for a 2 on the sides and to leave my hair a little long up top I even showed a picture of my old haircut (not done by them) and she said yeah I got you. Instead I now have the worst receiving hair line ever. I mean do not trust these people for more than just a trim. God bless
