Our family photos were able to be done early so I had days to prepare. My stylist couldn’t get me in so I ran in there. I asked for a trim with a subtle slant towards my face. The stylist cut , or attempted to cut a Bob and very short layers. I asked her about the layers because I did not want layers. She replied that it would make style look better. She didn’t dry or straighten because I was in a hurry. The day of family pics, I straightened it. It was butchered. I have been growing my hair out and she cut more than I wanted off but due to the butcher job I got, I had to go shorter to even attempt to fix it. The manager offered to fix it. I went to my stylist to fix it because frankly I wasn’t risking it at that salon again. The manager refused to refund any money due to her offering to fix it. I highly do not recommend this place. Side note….she did nothing but bash her manager and managers daughter the whole time she butchered my hair. Very unprofessional. I’ll attempt to post pics.

I went in to get over 4 inches cut off. She asked repeatedly if I was sure, verified the length I asked for several times and did what I asked. I know they get a lot of customers so unsure so making sure is important. She did a good job.

The ladies are friendly, and they do a good job. However, two of them force you to wear a mask. That’s not scientific; it’s silly. The forty-five minute to an hour wait is pretty taxing while having to wear a face diaper.

This used to be a good place to get a haircut. Now the staff is rude. I booked a 2:00 appointment online, when I walked in for my appointment I was informed that now you just wait in the parking lot until they call you. No problem, that’s understandable. I them told them I wanted to use the restroom before my haircut. They told me they don’t have a restroom for customers anymore. That’s right, they won’t let paying customers use their restroom anymore and they tell you that you can use the one at the laundromat next door. You shouldn’t tell your customers to go use a facility that doesn’t belong to you. Also I didn’t get a call to be seated for my haircut until 2:48 for that 2:00 appointment! By the time they called I was already seated getting a haircut next door at Smart Styles. Supercuts has a long way to go to before earning my business back.

My 15 month old grandson got his first haircut here. They were very nice. The wait was about 45 minutes as a walk in. You can’t wait inside right now (1/24/21) due to covid. The store appeared to be clean. The lady who cut my grandsons hair was very nice and accommodating. Its a little uneven on the sides but that is to be expected with a 15 month old who wouldn’t sit still. Overall pleased with the experience. I showed a picture of my hair a year ago and the length and I got almost a buzz cut. I can’t even style my hair it’s to short. The way I wanted it was literally 3x longer than it is now.
