Literally the worse haircuts I’ve every received. I asked for long bangs and she didn’t even try to blend them into my hair. I ask for a blow out and style never got a style. At the end of it my stylist, melonie or whatever her name was asked if I was going to put on a tip (super unprofessional) when I called and complained they said they couldn’t refund me and that they could give me a free cut but why would I want to go back to a place that already jacked up my hair. I asked the girl to have the manager call me back to talk to me she never did, so I see costumer satisfaction isn’t really a big deal to her. They are the absolute worse never go here.

If I had a choice to trust a cosmetology school or this hair salon I’d chose the cosmetology school I went up there once and got my hair trimmed with curtain bangs and layers… left with curtain bangs on one side only I asked if I could come back and get it fixed and they said yes. They didn’t fix it. In fact made it worse my hair turned out choppy and just so uneven. Continue to have a fear of people cutting my hair. Wont return. I also asked for highlights and she said it was gunna cost $150 just for highlights and I told her no a professional salon does trim and highlights for less than that.

I love Kat! She does our whole family’s hair & she’s always fabulous! Sometimes it may be a challenge to get an appointment with her, but once you arrive she’s always prompt, if not ready early. And she does a fantastic job so quick! (Because I have short hair) I’m always amazed at what a stunning cut she gives as fast as she does!
