I literally needed a very simple cut, 2-3 inches. When I have been before, it was less than 10 minutes. I don’t let them style or color, only cut. This is the SECOND weekend in a row. It is not my fault that your app is messed up. As a matter of fact, the app shows openings right this very minute. So I should not have to be turned away because your app messed up. Turn your app off if it doesn’t work. You have the capability to do so. So from now on, me and the other 3 people in my house that went to Supercuts all these years, will take our business elsewhere.
