Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been getting my hair cut here for years. Recently I had back surgery and was unable to go anywhere so I attempted to cut my own hair which didn’t turn out so well. Once able to get out again I came here to get my hair cleaned up and fixed as best as possible. I specifically told Kimberly, at least four or five times, not to shave my head. Told her repeatedly to leave some hair on top and that I did not want my head shaved. She then proceeded to shave my head bald, right down to the scalp. I then said, ‘hey, I thought I said over and over that I did not want my head shaved.’She then proceeded to explain to me what I did wrong when I tried to cut my own hair. I did not need her to tell me what I did wrong, I came there to get my hair fixed. I have been getting my hair cut here for years. Recently I had back surgery and was unable to go anywhere so I attempted to cut my own hair which didn’t turn out so well. Once able to get out again I came here to get my hair cleaned up and fixed as best as possible. I specifically told Kimberly, at least four or five times, not to shave my head. Told her repeatedly to leave some hair on top and that I did not want my head shaved. She then proceeded to shave my head bald, right down to the scalp. Critical: CleanlinessI went last year, and the lady who did my hair, Dana, did an amazing job! I wished she was still there. However, not long ago, I had went to get my hair trimmed. The lady told me that i needed a mask. I didn’t have one so they provided me and my friends daughter with masks. Them masks were never washed. They had makeup from previous people who have worn them and they smelled horrible. After that, I won’t be back there. I’ve debated on putting this up, because mistakes happen, but with this COVID stuff going on, someone could get very sick who has medical problems.I went last year, and the lady who did my hair, Dana, did an amazing job! I went last year, and the lady who did my hair, Dana, did an amazing job! I wished she was still there. However, not long ago, I had went to get my hair trimmed. The lady told me that i needed a mask. I didn’t have one so they provided me and my friends daughter with masks. Them masks were never washed.
