They did a great job with my very specific and demanding 13 year old that is so concerned about every aspect of his hair. The young lady was very sweet and worked with him to get it just right. They say that you pay for what you get, and usually I agree. However, I’ve paid much more money for a haircut that I’ve liked a lot less that the one I got today at Supercuts. Jo was absolutely fantastic. She gave me exactly what I wanted (which hasn’t happened in years) and I had an awesome experience. I’m pretty introverted/shy which means that haircuts are usually something that I dread. Small talk is not my thing. This time, I enjoyed a comfortable silence (rare!) while I got my perfect cut. I can not recommend her enough. Thank you!

If I could level no stars, I would. First, they butchered (and that is a huge understatement) my sons haircut! They did agree to re cut his hair and it looks better than it was. Second, they charged $14 for a kids trim. Which was a result of a 2 minute trim on my daughters hair. Third, the awful stylist who was supposed to do a wash and thinning for my 9 year-old daughter, was going to charge us an additional $2 to brush out like 2 or 3 super managable snarls. My mom went back and brushed it out with no problem in the 2 minutes it took for this person to “trim” my other daughters hair. Oh and by the way, the “trim” I could have done better myself!!!! NEVER TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!!!

This place is bad, it used to be good. I had a regular lady, but she got married and moved. I’ve tried different people but no one is good anymore. They cut your hair and don’t fix it right to make sure it’s ok for you. They leave it wet, and send you on your way. They walk away and say they are done. I’ve tried four different times now, but apparently they aren’t going to change.
