This Supercuts has to be the best one in Chattanooga. I always get a fantastic cut there. Shawna is the manager and the one I always ask for. About the store- it’s super clean and well organized. The stylists are all very friendly and remember me from visit to visit. If I am not happy about something, which is rare, all I have to do is say something. They are always happy to make it right. It’s a great location, just past Northgate mall. Best to call ahead so you won’t gave to wait too long. They do get busy, and I understand why.

Was there today to get my haircut and my husbands haircut. Melissa cut my hair and didn’t listen to anything I wanted. My hair got cut dry, when I asked for a shampoo, cut and style. I don’t have the face framing layers I asked for either. I’m now leaving with a chopped all over same length haircut that I’m going to have to pay more money somewhere else to fix. Definitely not happy at all.

Paid 350.00 for cut and color, cut was great but after I got home my hair looked as though I had a head band on for the color. it didn’t look natural at all!!! Very disappointing on the color especially after paying all that money!!! Cuts I’d recommend coloring not so much!!
