I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel this one is needed. I have taken my mother in law here for about 4 years. During this time we have seen many changes. Not for the better. The stylists were are odds with each other. Heidi went from being our favorite to being one we were glad to see go. She was in a bad mood and all but scalped my mother in law her last cut with her. The last two visits it was a relief to see all of the stylists gone and a new manager, sorry her name escapes me. But she is awesome!! Been in the business over 20 years. Loves doing hair & her customers! I let her cut my hair & best cut I’ve had in years! Only reason not 5 stars is she needs help! Bringing stylists in to cover her off days isn’t optimal. I truly feel with her leadership, this will become an awesome shop! Don’t give up!!

I was so embarrassed about it that I just didn’t deal with it, finally when it got so bad I had to deal with it I went into Supercuts and Alyssa helped to reassure me and not only that but managed to make me look like a new woman. I was so embarrassed about it that I just didn’t deal with it, finally when it got so bad I had to deal with it I went into Supercuts and Alyssa helped to reassure me and not only that but managed to make me look like a new woman. I always get the same hair cut but change the length. Often when I leave it looks fine but once I get home and straighten it I find all these chopped up pieces and messed up strands. EVERYTIME I LEAVE I HAVE TO FIX MY OWN HAIR. The guy I believe to be the manger, Cameron I think his name is, cut my hair this time. It took him maybe five minutes to cut my hair and after he finished the he didn’t even check to see if everything was even. After me he did my husbands hair. He keeps it long on top and a fade on the sides and back. Like always, no matter who is cutting his hair, the never fade it. It also only took him 5 minutes to do my husbands hair. Moral of this is don’t bother going her because they don’t bother to do a good job. I wish I could show you guys pictures because me hair is messed up. Also our hair cuts we 15 dollars too. A little too much for consistently poor service.

Heidi cut my hair today… overall the results were okay, not really worth the $15 plus tip though. She was extremely rude, and rough. I was in there maybe 10 minutes. Never smiled, was extremely short with me, and was very condescending. It did however explain why I was the only one in the shop who didn’t work there.
