Stylist was very professional and cared about how I liked the results. I told her last time I felt we went too high with the clippers (my decision) and she made suggestions for the best look and blend for my hair and it was perfect. Eileine cared about how I felt about the look as I’m losing hair anyway and am sometimes self conscious about it. She and the other worker were kind and professional. I will go out of my way to return here each time now. No more Great Clips. Great is not good enough. I have Great Clips closer to me but had two bad experiences in a row so I’ve been going here. Stylist was very professional and cared about how I liked the results. I told her last time I felt we went too high with the clippers (my decision) and she made suggestions for the best look and blend for my hair and it was perfect. Everyone was so nice and professional that I would be comfortable with anyone cutting my hair, but was definitely happier than I thought I would be with a first time cut from a new stylist. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMake sure if you have an appointment, you better plan to be late. With a busy day, I scheduled an appointment to get my son’s hair cut before going out of town after not being able to get one yesterday. After waiting until 15 minutes past my appointment time, I asked how much longer and in a slightly annoyed tone the stylist said “5 minutes.” Ten minutes later she finished the cut, then proceeded to lock the door and walk away without saying anything.. By this time it is 25 minutes past his appointment and my day was now behind schedule. After knocking she cane out on the phone and IGNORED my children and me, and proceeded to walk back to the back. I angrily informed the lady waiting for her cut about what was happening and left WITHOUT a haircut. Why have appointments available if the employees can’t keep things running on time… Or are going to give the maintenance guy a walk-in..Make sure if you have an appointment, you better plan to be late.
