Checked in online at 3:45 on June 12th for a 4:00 appointment and showed up right at 4:00 only to be told they wouldn’t have time to get to me. There were 2 stylists working and they each had a person in their chair, with only 2 people waiting. Sounds like the manager needs to look into their staffs habits.

Don’t go on Sunday lol. Took my son in for a cut. Stylist was late. Then she was overwhelmed. I thought I was watching Edward scissorhands grandma. Terrible cut. Sideburns uneven. Back not even touched. Really. Went to competitor Monday for the fix cause who wants to go back to that?
