I have now gone twice to get another haircut & shampoo but to no avail. Yesterday was utter chaos with the stylists gathered behind the desk & a client having a disagreement about how they were taking people out of order. The place was packed. I left & went back this morning but they weren’t open at 9am as was posted on the website yesterday & the red lit sign in the window. The website is saying 10am today. They must’ve just changed it for the new year. It was a whole new crew yesterday & I will not return. Finding another place for my services.

Will NEVER go there again. Left with uneven hair by an inexperienced beautician who lied about doing long hair. He was lost! My husband also left us pleased with his hair cut. The guy just done whatever he wanted. My hair was almost to my butt- asked for a trim and left with shoulder length hair. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!

Tammy, who has cut my hair plenty of times before,, greeted me warmly by my name. Lori trimmed my bangs in about 3 minutes and did a great job, was courteous and personable! It was a nice experience! I am finding that most places today are lacking in quite a few customer service skills. It was nice to go in to Super Cuts and watch them hit one out of the park! Great job ladies!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy dad went in signed the book and sat there 1 hour for them to totally ignore him!!! He sat there while they all disappeared and ended up goin else where to get a cut!!! Spoke to the manager today and all she did was try to pin it on him saying maybe he didnt sign the book! I must have not been there that day! She was!!!!! Yall must not be hurting too bad for business to treat somebody this way!!! He will never go back! I had waist length hair. Shoes the “stylist” a picture of what I wanted. It was suppose to be touching my SHOULDERS with bangs. She did my bangs good. But now my hair is to my chin (just touching) in the front and shorter in the back!!!! I’m so mad this was the third time they messed my hair up. The first two times. I was at least able to put my hair in a pony and go about my day. I can’t even do that.
