I walked out the door in tears!! This is most unprofessional haircut I’ve ever had. It looks horrible!!! I hope I can find someone that can fix me. The Daphne store has always done a great job, but they were closed today so I went to Fairhope AL store and had Jodi cut my hair. I cant believe she let me walk out the door like this. She’s the assistant manager! The manager was also there and didnt try to help! I will never EVER trust anyone other than professionals to cut my hair. Saving the extra money isn’t worth this.

The people are nice and the place is clean. I had a picture of the cut I wanted but what she did was totally different. It just seemed like she didn’t understand the dimensions of the cut/style and instead did something she was comfortable with which ended up being a typical asymmetrical bob, super blended layers with no texture. I asked her add more layers and chunks to try to fix it and finally she took a razor to it to achieve some of the texture that was missing. That helped a lot and the end result actually is pretty cute. It’s just not at all what I asked for and it’s impossible to achieve it now until I grow my hair out again. Maybe I just didn’t explain well enough what I wanted? But I had pictures. Anyway three stars for the end result being cute regardless.

They were nice but I did not get the haircut I requested. I had a picture of the back and front of the cut I wanted. She cut it and it looks nothing like I wanted. I had her redo it and all she did was take a little more off. I had asked for layers all over with bangs starting around the eye area. Even with me having her do it again, I have no bangs, just layers starting almost at my collar bone. It does not frame my face at all. I was afraid to have her redo it again. She said she understood what I wanted but either she didn’t understand or she just ignored the requested cut and did what she liked. Either way I was very unhappy. I did wait almost 2 weeks before writing this review to make sure I was fair but I’m still unhappy. This was my second time getting my hair cut there. The first time was good, the second was not. If i do go back there, it will definitely be someone else cutting my hair.

Went in for a trim and to have my hair layered for the summer. Called at 6:00 and they had me in the chair by 6:20. Pretty patient and really listened to my needs. I was hesitant about going here as I did two years back and some guy did my hair to which he basically did what he thought would look good on me, not at all what I had asked for. The lady I got the other day, Nina, did a great job. I will be headed back to her around my birthday for highlights. I think I paid like $20.00 for a trim and to have it layered; my hair was on my waist so $20 for that is unbeatable given everywhere else always charged me $40!

I have not had my hair cut at Supercuts since I was a child and I will not be going back. I asked my hair stylist to take 2 inches off and lightly layer my hair….you can see the photos below to see how that turned out. Thank God I was able to have a real stylist fix my botched haircut 2 days later.

Absolutely loved it! Brand new store that is very clean and smells very nice. Was greeted with friendliness and smiles as soon as I walked in. I went to get my hair dyed and the stylist helped me pick out the perfect color for my hair. One of the very best dye jobs I have ever had. Stylist was patient and very friendly. Great customer service and great job with my hair. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good deal on well done hair services!

Ms. Anita was amazing. My daughter and I had been to a different salon this morning and unlucky for us had a bad experience with the hair stylist there. We went to Supercuts hoping to fix the terrible cuts we recieved at the other salon. Ms. Anita was so kind and caring with our concerns. She made us feel like family even though this was the first time I ever met her. She did a fantastic job fixing what the other stylist from the other salon had done. I’m super pleased and will be back again.
