These people made me feel EXTREMELY unwelcomed . This is my second visit. I’m biracial and have naturally curly hair. I flat ironed my hair to make it easier to trim and 3 out of 4 of the stylist began whispering among themselves and looking upset, then looking to me when I was at the receptionist desk. She had her back turned to them and missed all this action. The looks of displeasure and whispers in between stares were so bad I had to ask if they could do my type of hair. The stylist response was “if it’s your natural hair.” When we got to the bottom of it, they had all ASSUMED my hair was a weave and that I had come to a Supercuts to try and get a weave cut. Never did they apologize for the way they treated me and they based their assumptions on the actions of someone else. Treating myself is a rareity and honestly I should have left after that treatment.

I’ll book an appointment for 4:20 PM I show it up at 4:20 PM exactly there were 2 female employees one cutting hair and the other famale went to check me when I walked in (no other customers in the shop) ,she asked me if I have an appointment I told her yes she confirmed the name then then told me have a seat will be with you shortly. I took a seat within a minute another customer walked in she asked him if he had an appointment he told her yes she confirmed the name and then took him to the chair to start cutting his hair. I was chocked and disappointed at the same time. I SAID MA’AM I CAME FIRST THATS NOT FAIR, SHE SAID :YOU DONT WANT HER TO CUT YOUR HAIR? ( referring to the other lady that is already cutting cair . I SAID : I CAME FIRST. THEN THE NEW CUSTOMER STOOD UP TO LET ME GO FIRST. I told him no man you’re good and I look at the woman and I said this is bullsh?t and I walked out.

I’ve been waiting outside for over 2 hours now during their posted hours of operation. The only consolation is a sign saying closed for lunch, but it’s now past 2:00 P.M. To make it worse, somebody (owner or employee) is inside and they saw me standing outside waiting but have not come to speak to me, nor have they answered the phone in the past 3 hours (I called before coming, left after seeing the lunch sign, then came back and waited 2 hours).

This is the most awful place. We went in and they were very rude. They acted like we were putting them out bc we came in. They were doing absolutely nothing but standing there. That apparently is all they wanted to do. That’s why these type skanky places can’t stay open. I said something about how rude they were and she threatened to call the police. If ya don’t want to work go home. Never again will my family or anyone I know go there. I will make sure everyone knows what kind of people are there and not to waste their time

I went in scheduled an appointment. Paid $13 for some patchy service. My son doesn’t have bad hair but it wasn’t cut right at all. I’ll upload the pictures. I didn’t even want a receipt because the damage was already done. I would’ve appreciated if she would’ve told me she didn’t know how to properly cut his hair Haircut
