I went in on Sunday and got Samantha as a stylist. I wanted my hair colored so I pulled up a pictured that showed an ombre look. She was confident that she could do it. I left very unhappy and looking nothing like the picture.. she told me to come back in and Susana would fix it. I came back in and Susana said I looked “like a calico cat” and started to color my hair.. 2 and half hours later I left looking like a zebra/Leopard. And I never got rude until the stylist said “that’s how it’s supposed to look” … Needless to say I got my money back and wont do business here anymore .

They almost always have someone who you can feel confident in getting your haircut by or become a regular and set an appointment. I also was able to find an awesome shampoo for my daughter that not only works great but makes her hair smell amazing all day long.

Went on today for my husband to get a cut it would’ve been nice to see on google maps that they’re no longer opened on sundays as the door showed! Drove 25 or so minutes to have nothing. So aggravating. It’s not that hard to fix your days of operations on google maps . I know because we own a business. It takes a couple of seconds.
