I went in to get my man’s haircut the lady charged me $20 we had asked on the phone if a beard trim was included she said yes when we got there I paid up front and she acted like she didn’t know what she was doing first off she was afraid to cut a black man’s hair and secondly she then proceeded to charge us seven extra dollars for a beard trim that she said was included needless to say she didn’t get a tip and we won’t be back

Mar 28,2022 Went in to get a trim, to remove frizz and dead ends. Place was clean and only one other person (guy) getting a cut. The young girl was not pleasant at all. I tried to ask her where she would recommend me eat around the area (not from Alabama). She totally ignored me and started talking to a coworker. It took her 5-10 minutes to trim my hair. Offered no mirror to see the back and asked “how’s that” She Offered no product (I had to ask for mousse) while she walked away to the register. I tipped her, but I wasn’t sure how my trim looked. I just assumed it was fine.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityCalled at 1:15pm to make sure they would have time to cut and color my hair. The lady on the phone tells me she has me down for 2pm. My husband drops me off at 2pm and the girl tells me they have approximately 4 cuts in front of me and she is about to go to lunch. There was no one waiting. So I guess they do honor appointments, just not mine. She asked if 3 would be okay. Why would I say yes when they told me 2 was good for them? Went in there to get my childs hair cut. He was acting a disaster. The ‘nice lady’ named April tried so har dand for so long to cut my childs hair (HE WAS NOT HAVING IT. and I eventually gave up for her.. (it wasn’t gonna happen) she told me because only half his hair got cut that I didn’t have to pay for it but because she tried her best I ended up getting my other sons hair cut. She did an amazing job with my second child. GO Here!
