Phoebe went above and beyond my expectations.If you truly want a professional hairstylist and not just a hair cutter than go to Supercuts in the Publix shopping plaza in Old Palm City. The hairstylists are veterans and have years if not decades of experience at a very acceptable price point.Listening is truly a virtue too as I only had to mention what I wanted once. Folks, superior service delivered by hairstylists make this an extraordinary place. I walked in after months of needing a cut and style and she was so encouraging, friendly and excited to help me with a wash, a fresh style and a blow dry. Arrogant. and unprofessional. Never have i EVER NOT TIPPED A STYLIST $20 AFTER A SIMPLE TRIM AND STYLE. Zero for this poor poor attitude.

Critical: PunctualityMy third try to get my haircut and another fail. I have been going here for years. Tried a month ago and waited an hour, had to leave no if deal but it would have been nice to hear that it would be more than an hour when I checked in. Second try a week or two later and the area manager was only one there, I told her I had a dr appt in an hr needed to be out in 45 min, no problem, only one guy getting his hair cut, after 30 min she went into the back room and 5 min later had still not come out, no way I would make appt and left. Third try takes the cake, I’m there at 9 as they should open, open sign not on, I call and no one answers so I wait and try again 15 min later no one answers, I’m sitting in my car. I see someone go in and I figure must be employee, I walk in and the woman says it will be an hour because the woman just walked in, I said I’ve been calling bad she said it was not an identifiable number so she did not answer . Tried a month ago and waited an hour, had to leave no if deal but it would have been nice to hear that it would be more than an hour when I checked in.
