I’ve been getting my nails done here for the past year and a half and I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else. The staff are awesome. I’ve had to cancel appointments in the past due to work or medical reasons and they’ve never given me a hard time about it which I really appreciate. I’ve never walked out the salon unsatisfied, and I haven’t broken a single nail. And my job is ROUGH on my nails. I have to open boxes, lift cases of drinks, clean, work the register and type. I’ve slowly been getting them done longer and longer because they don’t break. The last photo is what my nails look like after a week of working. Still beautiful.✨️ Thank you Mr Dang and BIG D for always treating me so well

Wow! Amazing nail art. Was skeptical because the places I’ve gone to before never did this good but it’s exactly how I showed him in the picture. Did take 2.5 hours so make sure to have enough time if you do something similar. Pays attention to detail! Manicure

This place has a good nail artist. Like D’s “It” designs and bees. Michelle is the best pedicure. She is the greatest massager. Gave this place a chance because it was close to the air bnb i was staying at. They are not very well versed in how to do a dip powder manicure. I went in for a dip removal and dip powder mani. The nail tech literally popped my old dip powder off with an acrylic nail instead of soaking off the polish and I’m concerned with the health of my natural nail underneath the polish now. It also took him 2.5 hours to do my nails when it only takes 45min-1hr to do a dip manicure WITH removal. I’ve been getting dip manis since 2018 and this was by far the worst experience. There was one nail tech there who seemed to know how to properly do the technique but he had a separate booking system. PLEASE train your team to do a proper dip process before they seriously hurt someone’s nails.

This place seems like to only accept people by appointment. Didn’t realized this til I saw the sign on their door. Called and surprised they accommodated me. You’re asked to wash your hands and there’s a COVID-19 screen + masks and all that stuff. Got a mani and pedi. They worked very efficiently. They’re so friendly as well! I noticed there are a lot of regular customers that came in and out of this place so that must mean something good. The techs are very careful with my nails and asked me in between the service if I like how it’s looking like. I’m satisfied with their service. Thankful that they fixed my botched nail job from three days ago

Critical: ProfessionalismD the owner is the WORST! He is rude and does not care about customers just money! I spent 90 dollars for a fill and a pedi with NO polish or design and my nail broke 10 hours later. He refused to fix it and never once apologized for the inconvenience. NEVER AGAIN!!! Spend your time and money somewhere they appreciate it!

I used to come here a few years ago and they had the best nail technicians I loved Rose she always did great work and I always tipped her well too! They must’ve changed ownership because now they only have lackluster men who I don’t feel comfortable doing the work on my hands/feet or body. They are not service dog friendly either. They suck do not come here! If there’s too many technicians sitting around when you get there it’s for a reason!

I came in last night 3/27. I called around 5:20 asking how much they charge for gel manicure I was told $27 so I walk in around 5:45 and they are extremely busy but they were able to take me so I waited and I was helped around 6:20 buy a older technician she was not great because I kept having to tell her she was hurting me or her filing was crooked. I’m surprised she didn’t notice until I told her the shapes of my nails were terrible and so uneven. I’m not sure if she knows how to cut your cuticles because she was peeling my skin back and it hurt sooooo much! Its still hurting 24hours later.smh her paint job is very thick and streaky. My index and middle finger has so much polish looks like the polish is falling off the sides, the filing is all uneven I have some short some long nails there are little bumps and lines in my nail you can’t hardly see it in pictures but it’s there. The only positive was the massage that was relaxing oh oh by the way and when I go to pay at the end she charged me $30 and I’m confused still why she charge $30 when I have basic gel manicure and was told $27 over the phone so they increase your price depending on different customers I guess so that sucks and she wondered why I didn’t tip her because she was saying no tip no tip while I was leaving and she was slamming the cleaning supplies around when I left it was about 7:10 so I was there one hour and a half it seems like most of their customers are children or teenagers so when I was telling her I didn’t like how my nails looked she must dont hear that a lot and she was not happy but Im not happy and I’m the customer paying for $30 service that was very unsatisfying I definitely will not be returning to this location ever.

Awesome service. I was impressed with how well the staff was able to multi task and add value. I got my pedicure and full set done both at the same time! Talk about making use of time, plus I was early for my appointment and they were all extremely accommodating.
