I called to schedule a time with Megan to have my hair colored. Everyone there was super friendly. I arrived at my scheduled time, was seen right away by Megan. I took my daughter to get a haircut. I asked for 2 and a 1/2 inches to be cut off and have long layers added. The hairstylist cut off 5″ and then added long layers.. She even asked me if the 2 and a 1/2 inches was the right length and I said yes.. But she still continued to cut it off even shorter and then at layers. My daughter’s hair was down to her waist and now it is just past her shoulders. The hair stylist said my daughter asked for it to be shorter but she never checked with me to make sure I was okay with that..

I live in Florida part-time a year over the last couple years I have noticed that this establishment closes their doors early and sometimes they’re closed all day I am 100% totally disabled and i cant get out of my wheel chair it is very difficult for me to get out of my house or else I would go elsewhere a few months back I had my hair cut by a lady named minni her attitude seemed to be rather rude and her haircut was mediocre I recently I went two weeks ago there’s a new manager on she did a fantastic job on my hair very kind as well and seems to be sympathetic understanding to my needs and has great patience to the fact that I’m in a wheelchair she also assured me yes when I asked her if you guys were going to be able to accommodate my needs in the future as well as keep your business open during regular hours so my question is now to the owners why have your business hours in the past not reflected what your sign States why is there a high turnover in employees and management will things remain the same now that you have New Management or are they going to go back to the old ways

I made an appointment for a color and cut. I arrived early. Was told they don’t take appointments but when she looked, there I was. Waited and a couple others were taken before me. Very rude and horrible attitude. I won’t be back. I should’ve followed what other reviews stated. I left without any service other than bad service.
