This woman chop off my sons hair with clippers after my husband specifically requested 1in off his curly hair with scissors. And she left 1in on his head. Then they said for us to come back for them to fix it. If you have curly long hair; DO NOT go! They will just make a quick Buck off you. & on top of that butcher your hair & NO ONE is held accountable. Even the manager of the store couldn’t tell where this woman went wrong no matter how much I explained it. He just said he’d talk with the owners to see if they would refund what was paid but that he knew they wouldn’t. Before & after photos provided.

I would give no stars if I could. My 64 year old husband went in today and had a hair cut ( if you could call it that) by a dark haired woman who wore glasses. He explained the number of the attachments he wanted. He said she continuously banged the clippers onto his head, used the wrong number attachments so he hardly has any hair, then put a greasy substance on his hair and you could tell she cut it uneven. Then charged him more than the senior fee, and it goes on and on. While he was there another person was on the phone complaining about their haircut. I have also had a bad experience there, and sorry to see that Brianna left.

I went to Supercuts in Zephyrhills to see if they could fix my hair after going to the Walmart salon. I knew I was in good hands with Sarah as soon as she started. She took her time and asked several questions to make sure she gave me what I wanted. She was a perfectionist with OCD, which made her the perfect stylist. She put some great smelling shine/hair gel from Paul Mitchell in my haircut and worked into my scalp, it was getting a massage. I highly recommend seeing Sarah, she was awesome! I’ll definitely be back!

THE LADY THAT DID MY HAIR WAS SARAH.SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE DIDNT LISTEN AT ALL, KEPT SHUTTING ME UP. LITERALLY GOT MY HAIR STUCK IN THE BLOWDRYER AND THEN JUST CUT IT OFF!!! Ok so normally I go to a Supercuts and I am just satisfied enough with the cut to the cost so I never review. I have to say I had one of the best experiences. I didn’t catch his name but I believe it was Matt. Seriously one of the best hair cuts. Refreshing honesty but still gave me what I wanted. Cut my kids hair 4yrs and 1yrs. Super patient with both. Managed to get my youngest done with out a tear shed. This mom was so happy. Also my kids are high energy and he didn’t complain or make me feel bad once for being there. Seriously 1000x star.

I have been coming here for years! On Wednesdays to partake in senior day. On my last trip, the price had increased significantly!! I couldn’t believe it. To make matters worse, the stylist gave me the haircut everybody dreads. I now have quarter size spot on top that is like a tiny crew cut. I don’t know what happened but it sure wasn’t right!! And the rest was wrong too…l could have gone back to get it fixed but why?l am very disappointed.
