I visit Supercuts on December 31, 2pm. And, when it was my son’s turn. They call his name, ready to start cutting his hair, the lady says: I can’t do it. I say 0 on the button and, she says 1 on the top. I show her the picture. She says I can’t do it. Why? Because, we’re black people.

WOW! I have never been impressed with such service. First off let me start by saying I’m probably one of the most high maintenance customer. But it’s just because I’ve had bad experiences in the past. So I was hesitant to walk in and try a new place out. Yet, when I first walked in I was greeted immediately by the manager. She was so nice and you could tell she runs that Supercuts like a well oiled machine. So for my hairstylist I got Vanessa and she was AMAZING! She really educated me on the style I should go for based on the shape of my head. To my surprise I even received complements on my new hairstyle. Vanessa is a master of her craft! I will definitely be coming back again!

Terrible service went there last night and the lady was constantly complaining about doing a fade and that it gets her all hairy as if that isn’t her job she left lines all over and when it was done I still had long patches of hair on my head absolutely terrible service so not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!
