The guy who cut my hair didn’t listen to me about how I wanted it cut. The manager took over and had to cut it shorter to get it to look somewhat decent. I gave her $5 as a tip. I told her it was from herself. She put it in a drawer and said she would give it to the guy that originally cut my hair. I told her to give me the tip back.. She then put it in her pocket and said she was gonna keep it. I told her she was now lying. I will not go back.

My 12 yo daughter (straight hair) got a trim with Jammie and she rushed through the cut, it took maybe 3 minutes, 3 scissors strokes and she was “done”. Needless to say her hair was crooked and we needed to go to a different professional to fix it… ps: I thought my daughter wouldn’t notice and I didn’t make a big deal but next day, when cing home from school, she told me all of her friends were telling her she had a crooked haircut..
