I was very nervous because I have only gone to one person for the past two years at another salon but I was desperate for a hair cut and couldn’t wait any longer! I saw all the great reviews about Alma and decided I’d go and see if she could cut my hair. For all of you with curly hair out there, we all know the struggle of finding someone who will cut our hair exactly how we want it, but I took the chance because there was no one bad thing about Alma in these reviews. She 100% did EXACTLY what I wanted and I am so happy I went to her!! I definitely recommend (I’m sorry to my usual stylist, I may have to cheat on you a bit when you’re not available lol) thank you so much Alma!! I feel so much better about my hair!

My daughter and I have been coming to see Alma for three years. What I like the most about Alma is her gentleness and that she always makes sure that she understands what I want and she checks with me throughout my service to make sure I am happy. This is where I get my hair cut. I moved to FL in late 2020 from CA. I’ve been a fan of Super Cuts for years but this one is special. I love that they honor their online reservations. Some stores do not. They do a really good job on my hair. I think I come out looking like a model every time. I moved to another town but I still come back to this store. Alma is my favorite!

Waited about 45 minutes for a cut I had scheduled online. Alma cut my hair, but didn’t cut it like I wanted. She argued with me and yelled at me, saying she did what I told her to do. She then got a large round brush and dug it into my forehead while blowing out the front of my hair. I was happy to leave. My hair looks horrible, but fortunately I can keep it pulled back until I find a real hair professional. Avoid this place at all costs. I should have read the reviews before I stepped into that salon.

This Supecuts in Royal Palm is the best I have encountered in my lifetime in regard to haircuts and coloring. Appointments made with 1 phone call mostly on the same day. Waiting time is less than 5 minutes. Pleasant staff. Alma, the hair dresser has been always kind, professional, possess great skills in hair dressing. I highly recommend her.
