Walked in at 3:15 on Sunday only two employees that I saw, one girl was already cutting someone else’s hair, only one other person in the waiting room and was told I was too late..the inside closes at 4….they close at 5 and I was there at 3:15..so still there way before 4, , they need way better management there. (Simple buzz cut on the sides usually takes 5 minutes) I walk up to the store a half-hour before they close and it was locked. Lady tried but I did ask for only Scissors to be used on my son and she used the razor. We paid $9.99 plus tip. My son was scared and moving a lot. Just disappointed that I have to go back to the guy who cut his hair before who cost a lot more but he did talk to my kids and at least keep them calm. Hair cut given today is horrible, very uneven and just a mess.

All depends on what you want and who you get. Mine is good with female cuts…not male…some are the opposite and some should not be cutting hair at all. Miss Juanita needs to be brought back asap! She does a great job on all cuts. Last cut for my grandson, the lady used the clippers all the way up both sides…no ability to blend. She is number 2 that has done this! Bring Juanita back! You are losing so much business under the new manager…too much family involvement!

Stopped by today around 5:30, the woman was on her phone and clearly didn’t want to be bothered. She destroyed my hair. I asked for a very simple scissor trim and layering. She pulled out a buzzer and chopped off 70% of my hair. I’ll make sure to let people know to go elsewhere.
