There is a lady who DOES NOT KNOW how to do a haircut. She did a terrible job for my daughter. Her bangs were all messed up, and she “fixed it” with the wrong attitude. It was pretty clear it was all messed up, even after “fixing it”. She also did my hair, one side was way longer than the other one. They will prioritize online appointments and will leave you waiting forever as long as people with online appointments come in, they should balance that out. They also have an attitude towards customers. We are not going back.

I wish I could leave a lower rating. Entered the store and was immediately looked at and told that I could not be accommodated because of the texture of my hair. Highly unprofessional! Furthermore another worker who responded in Spanish wouldn’t even look at me also refusing to even shampoo me. The whole experience was very dismissive and non inclusive to the diverse population we live in here in South Florida. BEWARE, they only cut “STRAIGHT HAIR”.

She asked me to come in for a brief consultation before my appointment day, so she would have time to talk about what I wanted. Maria listened! Most salons rush through a few minutes of what you want at the appointment time. Not here. My search is over!You will receive updated knowledge of all salon services, professionalism, friendliness, an updated decor and fair prices!I think it is important to mention that Maria is very friendly, but probably wont talk very much during your cut/color. Cut was done okay. I had asked for a blow-dry. The store closes at 8 and was told at 6:50pm there was no time. My cut was done by 7:10 pm. There were no other appointments after me nor people waiting in the lobby. Just didn’t feel like doing my hair I guess Haircut

I am not much for reviews but I feel this warrants one… I have been coming to Supercuts for a while now and always leave with a positive experience the staff are friendly and courteous along with the environment… the barber “Maria” is exceptional she listens to your request and takes her time and if you go there time and again all you need is to sit on her chair and she’ll remember every time what your style and cut.
