Arrived at 4:00 pm on Sunday to get my daughter a simple trim. I did not need a wash or anything. Simply to cut the bangs out of her face. Walked up to the doors and they were already locked. If it says you’re open till 5 pm, keep your doors open. Do not recommend this place if you’re here for something simple. Seems that the ladies in the salon don’t wanna work. Always in a rush to leave. If you’re the owner and you’re reading this. Hire better staff.

Made an Appointment on the App like I was told last visit. Drove 15 mins to location to be told they could not give me a hair cut for at least 4 hours… Why have an app Appointment system confirm you if you only take call ins.

Worst haircut I have ever had with hairdresser Eldis. This hairstylist kept trying to “fix” the mistake that she made but could not fix it. She really needs to go back to school! I should have known better when as when she went to wash my hair she only placed a towel on my neck so when I asked for a cape to cover the front of my body she got insulted. Really? And then says to me oh I never cover anybody with a cape. Well sorry but I don’t want my clothes to get wet! Now I have bald spots all over the back of my head! Unbelievable! Run don’t walk away from this place, they are horrible !

Came in as a walk-in. My son is a bit ticklish and fidgets a lot. The hair stylist was calm, and worked diligent to give a great hair cut. She was also helpful in figuring out how to combat his lil hurricane of cowlicks (he has 2). Great work and so patient!!!

Absolutely disgusting experience. Two of my family members went there on January 30th with the last two appointments available, it was completely empty, and the two stylists were disappointed to see us because they probably wanted to go home. Long story short, my family was left with WET Hair because they needed to close shop, TEN MINUTES before the store officially closes. I will be contacting the Florida State Board Of Cosmetology on those two women.

I took my son to get his hair cut and I hated it! It wasn’t at all what I wanted even though I thought I had made it clear. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who cut my son’s hair because I’m not saying all of the barber’s are like her. She was done in 5 mins. She almost acted like she was in a rush. It was uneven and it was cut too high up on the back of his neck.
